The appointments illustrate our culture of developing top internal talent into future leaders, as well as our ability to attract top talent from wider industry. Read more A people-centric transformation In 2025, following a seven-year project to simplify the management of all employee data, the People team reached a critical milestone by completing the L’Oréal-wide rollout of the One Profile and One Payroll digital platforms. As the “one-stop-shop” for up-to-date employee data, One Profile enables a simplified experience by granting employees more autonomy in managing their personal and professional data, without having to navigate different HR systems. This in turn, enables HR teams and managers to support employees more effectively – for example, by enabling a shared view of employees’ career path, career development and individual objectives. With the support of our partners, SAP Success Factors and Strada, OneProfile and One Payroll have replaced multiple, legacy systems, uniting all L’Oréal employees under a common talent management, learning, development, and rewards platform. Beyond process efficiencies, this HR transformation project forms an essential pillar of our broader ONE L’Oréal transformation that is equipping the entire Group with a robust digital infrastructure. By harmonising our processes and data, we become faster, more agile, and better prepared to “seize what’s starting”. Talent development for all generations With over 1.2 million external applicants , L’Oréal is an employer of choice, committed to building a skills-driven organisation that fosters individual and business growth. Employees are empowered to grow in their careers, supported by learning, education and talent development programmes. In 2025, we offered work-based learning to more than 1,000 apprentices , enabling young talent to gain invaluable experience whilst completing their studies. The SeedZ management trainee programme, which recruits the very best talent from our intern and apprentice community, allows diverse job rotations every three-to-six months across L’Oréal’s brands and functions, enabling talent to gain up to 18 months of hands-on experience. In 2025, there were over 1,000 management trainees in the L’Oréal SeedZ programme. L’Oréal For All Generations places intergenerational employability at the core of its objectives. Initially launched in France, it is now being rolled out internationally across several countries in Europe, North America and Asia. In the US, the six-month “All Generations Challenge” for employees focused on health and wellness, lifelong learning and successful life transitions. In China, where the programme has been in place since 2023, the first “All Generations Day” was launched in June 2025 with 1,000 employees participating. L’Oréal offers a working environment rich in learning and upskilling opportunities. A total of 65,000+ employees have received generative AI training – including in the art of prompting, to bolster the skills needed for an increasingly AI-powered workplace – with more than 60,000 employees using L’Oréal GPT. In 2025, there were one million connections to our One Learning platform and 28,000+ participants in L’Oréal University Week , which provides access to training resources on key skills for L’Oréal’s future. 2026: A renewed Executive Committee L’Oréal began 2026 with a renewed Executive Committee, poised to lead the Group through its next transformation. Among those appointed to new roles are three women leaders. Delphine Viguier-Hovasse, Chief Innovation and Prospective Officer: Delphine is overseeing both the existing Innovation teams and the Strategic Prospective Department, to ensure a future-focused approach to beauty innovation. Eva Yu, President, Travel Retail: Formerly President and Managing Director of L’Oréal Hong Kong, Eva succeeds Emmanuel Goulin to lead L’Oréal through an ever-evolving travel retail landscape. Kerstin Bird, President, L’Oréal Sub-Saharan Africa Zone: Kerstin brings over 23 years of experience in the FMCG industry to lead a dynamic market of 49+ countries marked by accelerating growth. Alexis Perakis-Valat, CEO, L’Oréal USA and President, North America: Formerly President of the Consumer Products Division, Alexis succeeds David Greenberg (who now serves as Chairman, L’Oréal USA), to lead our largest zone. Fabrice Megarbane, President, Consumer Products Division: Formerly Chief Global Growth Officer, Fabrice succeeds Alexis Perakis-Valat to lead the Consumer Products Division.
