Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: 2026-05-12. If you are a California resident, the CCPA / CPRA gives you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
What we share
mediabuyer.site does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Once Google AdSense personalized advertising is active on the site, advertising cookies and identifiers may be passed to Google and certified ad-tech vendors for cross-context behavioral advertising — this may qualify as “sharing” under CPRA § 1798.140(ah). We do not share anything until you grant advertising consent in our cookie banner.
How to opt out
You can opt out of any sale or sharing in three ways:
- Global Privacy Control (GPC). Send the GPC signal from your browser (built into Brave, Firefox, DuckDuckGo, and others). We detect the signal automatically and treat it as a valid opt-out for the browser session and the linked account, per § 1798.135(b).
- Cookie banner.Click “Reject all” in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can reopen the banner at any time from the link in the footer to change your preference.
- Email. Send a request to privacy@luba.mediawith the subject line “Do not sell or share”. We respond within 15 business days as required by CPRA regulations.
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We will require written authorization signed by you, plus verification of your identity.
Non-discrimination
We will not deny you service, charge a different price, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised your opt-out rights, as required by § 1798.125.
